4.SCRUBBING CAN BE HARMFUL

There is a common problem for many girls that is of odor ,which really not bearable.It can be prevented up to an extend by just adopting some healthy eating habits.There are foods like yoghurt, leafy veggies ,fruits which are very helpful to cause good bacteria in your vagina which helps in preventing infections and odor. Try to avoid foods like onion,garlic ,and some spices which may cause odor.
